Force Majeure: We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements beyond our control such as threats of war, civil commotion, riots, industrial disputes, earthquakes or natural disasters, government action or travel delays caused by any reason Subletting. The accommodation is provided for the sole use of the Clients named on the booking form. Subletting or assignment of the property is not permitted. Insurance - The Client is strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all members of the party. Rental Period The rental period commences at 17.00 hrs (5 PM) on the first day and ends at 10.00 hrs on the last day.
