Villa Juwel Sankt Michael: This luxury villa is located just 120 m from the Petersbründl Ski Lift and the forest with views over green the forests up to Speiereck and Katschberg / Aineck mountain.
It has 5 large double bedrooms, each one has its own en suite bathroom, large verandas to the south and the east as well as a nice private garden with lawn and old Zirben trees. Its ideal for hiking, reading outside, garden barbecue (provided) with the family etc.
The village with restaurants, mall and shopping centers is in comfortable walking distance.
As well a large golf court, tennis courts and horseriding are within 1 minutes driving.
In the winter the Villa is located only 80m from the Nordic Ski Slope Lungau and 130 m from the FIS Skilift Petersbründl in the outskirts of the old Alpine village St. Michael im Lungau about 1,5 hours south of Salzburg. It is directly located at the Murtal Nordic Ski Track (31 km, easy) and is surrounded by very nice ski areas (Petersbründl lift 3 minutes by foot, St. Martin (Speiereck Mauterndorf Ski area) by car 3 minutes, St. Margarethen 7 min by car or skibus), Katschberg 12 minutes by car (or skibus), Speiereck 15 min by car or skibus, Obertauern 23 minutes by car, Flachau 30 minutes by car, Mölltalgletscher 1,5 hours by car.
The groundfloor of about 120 squaremeters has a Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (shower, long bathtub, toilet etc.), a Sauna for up to 7 persons at a time with a shower area, a very large living room / open kitchen are with a 3 sided visible fireplace, a table for up to 10 persons and a large comfortable sofa with a large TV and sound amplification. The living room area has outside larch wood verandas to the east and to the south for wonderful breakfast lunch or dining experiences in the blushing green natural surroundings of this realm.

All rooms have floor heating and the temperature of each room can be regulated independently. All sleeping rooms of the villa have the same extra large beds (2,20m long, 2 m wide with very comfortable mattresses), satellite TV, the whole house has free unlimited wireless Internet. Parking for 4 cars on the property. The ski bus to the major skiing areas (Katschberg, St. Margarethen) is in close walking distance.
From the Katschberg Ski area you can usually ski down all the way to the villa during high winter. All the wooden furniture and beds of the bedroom are hand made by local pine wood from a local carpenter. The villa is environmental friendly highly insulated to the newest standards, heats with liquid gas and has additional solar heating of the warm water.
